Maame has a B.S. in Social Sciences and completed a Masters of Public Administration
degree and a Master of Science degree in Applied Geography from the University of
North Texas (UNT). She is experienced in programs and grants management, and prior
to joining the Center for Health Disparities, she was a Division Chair at North Central
Texas College (NCTC) where she managed fourteen allied health programs. Maame is passionate
about continuous learning and working with students, community partners and stakeholders.
